Transparent Bulletproof Kayak For Sale

Not only ammunition-resistant, it's see-through too...

Straight out of a James Bond movie is this invention from Clear Blue Hawaii.

The transparent kayak means you can see straight through to the water below (great for spotting a school of fish, terrifying if that school has a shark in its midst). Made out of military-grade bulletproof glass, you can take comfort in the fact that if the shark happens to be holding an AK47, you'll (probably) live to see another day. Boasting a carbon Kevlar frame means the kayak is also super-light - perfect for flinging on dingy canals or the high seas alike.

We don't know what we'd use it for, but we really, really want one. Get yours here.

You gotta love Converse. Whether the classic all white/ black low or high, they always manage to produce great new ideas each season.

This bright-n-breezy hand-woven design not only looks great, but is truly original. Love the rainbow design, love the aforementioned design offset by the white heel tab, lining, logo and tongue label.

Great pair of trainers - we'll take ours in the High, please. Thanks.

Wiley: On A Level

The return of the Godfather of Grime...

The Godfather of Grime AKA Richard Wiley Kylie Cowie has been rather quiet of late.

However, he's been preparing his new (and alleged last) EP ''Snakes and Ladders' due for release on Big Dada this November.

The first track to be taken from the album is 'On A Level' produced by Skepta and a very obvious throw-back to the Grime sounds of yore. The video also comes courtesy of Skepta The Director, and features appearances from Stormzy, Giggs, Novelist and the whole BBK crew.

Watch below.

George The Poet: The Chicken & The Egg EP

New EP from West London spoken word artist...

Without doubt one of the UK's most interesting, innovative and inventive poets is a young man from West London called George.

Described simply as a 'story about the cycle of fatherlessness', each of the seven tracks are a self-contained story that sees George study domestic abuse, disappointment and desire. Oh, and Imperial Leather. It's about that too.

Say George: "I wrote the 'The Chicken and the Egg' about premature parenthood. Through the story of a rocky relationship, it outlines the cycle of fatherlessness in seven tracks. Since signing to Island Records in 2013, I have been keen to keep a strong social message. So, with this being my first official release, it was important to me that 'The Chicken and the Egg' was uncompromising and unconventional.
It’s out on October 20th and I'm excited for you to hear it. If you want to hear more of my music, I’m doing a co-headline show with JP Cooper at Scala, Kings Cross on October 13th. There I'll be showcasing even more new sounds and I promise to confuse everything."

You heard the man. Buy tickets to see George live here.

Jessie Ware: Say You Love Me

New single from Jessie co-written with Ed Sheeran...

Without doubt one of the UK's most interesting singers, Jessie Ware might not have had huge chart success yet, but this gorgeous, brilliant, beautiful (w're big fans in case you can't tell) new single might be the one to put the singer in the Top 10.

Either way, this is a incredible song, co-written by Ed Sheeran and produced by the awesome BenZel, and when it drops on 28 September, we will be the first to buy it. Pre-order Say You Love Me here. Ware's second album, Tough Love, is out 13 October.

Here's what Jessie had to say about working with the video's directors, Tell No One.

:When I found out Tell No One were interested in directing Say You Love Me, I was so confident they would deliver something visually beautiful and provocative. They are such talents and I have been a fan of their work for a while. I was an absolute pleasure to work with them on this. It was probably the most technically challenging thing I have worked on, but for them, it looked like a walk in the park. They have such confidence in what they do, it was inspiring to watch."

Wretch 32: 6 Words

Wretch counts his blessings on new single...

He starts the track with the words 'I can't sing but I wrote yo a song'. In fact, Mr 32 can sing rather right nice.

'6 Words' heralds Wretch's return after a brief hiatus between his last album and this third, due next year.

Produced by SOS and WIlkinson, the song twists through tempos; from piano riff to D&B as Wretch ruminates on the important things in life.

'6 Words will be released on 16 November.

Sam Smith Ft. A$AP Rocky: I'm Not The Only One [Remix]

Harlem links with Stortford...

In what is a surprisingly unexpected but rather ace pairing, A$AP Rocky joins Sam Smith for a remix of 'I'm Not The Only One'. Unlike other US rapper/ UK singer remixes (cough Rick Ross cough), it looks like Lord Flacko has listened to the concept of the song rather than dropping random bars. So well done A$AP, good lad.

The two performed the track live at the iTunes festival last Monday.

This man's voice. Jheez.

Ryan Hemsworth Ft. Trim: Difficulties

New track from Oneman's Solitaire series

The latest in Oneman's 'Solitaire' series will drop soon, and feature the DJ assembling a range of acts from across bass, club and urban music.

As a taster of what to expect, he's just dropped this track from Ryan Hemsworth and Grime MC Trim.  The result is an subdued, reflective affair as Trim waxes lyrical over Hemsworth melancholic riff. 'This situation is work in/ They say I'm difficult to work with.'

Sign up here to get a copy of 'Solitaire Vol 3'.

ATL teenager goes in over Andre 3000 classic....

Big fan of this newcomer, 18 year-old Atlanta rapper Raury. God's Whisper saw him stand out as a distinctive new voice, while his Indigo Child EP further expounded on that. This is a confident, unusual new rapper, singer, writer who offers a little bit of Andre and Cody ChesnuTT, a little bit of Kanye and a whole lot of something else.
